G4S plc, the international security solutions provider, announces that Ashley Almanza, whose appointment as a director of the company takes effect on 1 May 2013, has become a director of Noble Corporation, a company listed on the New York stock exchange.

G4S plc further announces that Winnie Kin Wah Fok, one of its non-executive directors, has ceased to be a director of Aktiebolaget SKF, a company listed on the Stockholm stock exchange. Ms Fok will remain a non-executive director of G4S plc.
