PCA TRANSACTION - INITIAL NOTIFICATION
The Company announces that it has received notification that on 23 June 2017 Line Lundsberg-Nielsen, a person closely associated (“PCA”) of the Company's Group General Counsel, a person discharging managerial responsibilities (“PDMR”) had paper share certificates held in her name dematerialised. This process meant the transfer of 88,078 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company to a broking account held in her name.
Following the transfer, Mrs Lundsberg-Nielsen's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.
Further details are provided below in accordance with Article 19.3 of the Markets Abuse Regulation.
