G4S Argentina takes the lead in supporting employability conference

Inmula is a not-for-profit organisation that is dedicated to helping people in Argentina obtain training and find employment. The organisation’s efforts are focused on supporting people with disabilities, people from the LGBTQ+ community, young people and other vulnerable groups in society who find it harder to access training and employment opportunities.

The organisation was founded in 2019 and was established to build and promote socio labour inclusion. It does this through working in partnership with both private and public businesses to provide training programmes, identify employment opportunities and help to co-ordinate volunteering programmes.

Daniel Castagnola, Director of Operations for G4S Argentina who also volunteers with Inmula as Director of Institutional Affairs, was delighted to offer his support for the event and to represent G4S. Theresa White, Senior Vice President, DE&I, who recorded a brief speech for delegates at the event, congratulated Daniel and the team on leading the security industry in Argentina with their approach and support for Inmula. The event attracted over 300 delegates from a wide range of companies and was reported in the national news.
