Skills and experience: Charlie studied at Durham University, graduating in 2007 with an Honours degree in History. After graduating, he worked for 5 years in the investment banking division of Citi, gaining wide experience in Corporate Finance and M&A.

In 2012, Charlie joined G4S, since when he has held a number of senior commercial, operational and finance leadership roles, working at Business Unit, Region and Group level. Most recently he was Regional CFO, Europe and prior to that he was Divisional CFO, Global Cash Solutions.
