G4S, Bangladesh arranges a fun-filled day program named “Happy Day” for underprivileged children every year. The main objective of this program is to spread more smiles on the faces of these children and make them feel very special. It us our way of repaying the community by helping those who are less fortunate.

G4S Bangladesh is committed to nurturing youth talent and help individual like Sharmin Akter, who has represented Bangladesh in shooting for more than 7 years through G4S 4teen program.

We have a Diversity and Inclusive Policy, which is designed to assist under represented segments of the society. Idea is to recruit, retain and develop diverse high performance work force from all segments of the society and values, fairness, diversity and inclusion.

As part of our CSR activity, we provide jobs to 600+ underprivileged people per year from various NGO’s like Community Development Centre (CODEC), Shariatpur Development Society (SDS), Center for Community Development Assistant, Christian Missionary etc.
