Group 4 Securicor has proposed that a final dividend of DKK 0.2766 per share be adopted by the Company’s annual general meeting to be held on 31 May 2007.
Copenhagen Stock Exchange Dividend
In Denmark, the dividend will be calculated by the VP Securities Services systems as a dividend based on the holdings on 11 May 2007, but will not be settled until 8 June 2007. This means that the dividend will be calculated on the same day as in England. The last day for trading cum dividend on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange is 8 May 2007.
Dividend tax will not be withheld.
