Limca Book of Records

G4S India has received certification from the prestigious Limca Book of Records for retaining the 1st and 1,00,000th employee

Last year was a year full of achievements for G4S India. Firstly, our Regional President was recognised by CAPSI for his unparalleled contribution towards the security industry with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

And now, G4S India has received certification from the prestigious Limca Book of Records for retaining the 1st and 1,00,000th employee.

G4S has effectively managed to retain the first employee Mr. Hari Singh Negi, who joined the company on Oct 1, 1989 and the 1,00,000th employee Mr. S. Srinivasana, who joined the company on July 27, 2006.

On being the 1st employee Mr. Negi said, “Over a period of time, I have grown tremendously and got everything I expected.”

On being the 100, 000th employee Mr. Srinivasana said, “I am motivated to see Mr. Negi expect to reach similar heights. Knowing the HR policies, I am looking forward to great and satisfying career with G4S.”

While we are still in the process of registering with The Guinness Book of World Records, we have already received a certificate from The Limca Book of Records for the same.

It clearly illustrates that apart from the strong and eternal association with our clients, G4S shares a special bond with their employees as well. Hence, it can be reiterated that G4S is an employee centric organisation.

We all wish that NAMESA Region continues to add more success stories in the coming years.
