Experiences 

At least 1 year of experience in an operations management role either in civilian or disciplinary service or commercial safety experience.

Senior Security Guard

POSITION TITLE : Security Officer (SSO)

Cleaner

POSITION TITLE: Cleaner  

Core Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of responsibility, including hard-to-reach corners and hidden spaces.
  • Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, furniture, walls, wall edges, ceilings, and glass surfaces to meet established cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure blinds and windows in the assigned area are thoroughly cleaned and dust-free.
  • Maintain restroom cleanliness and hygiene according to company standards.
  • Follow the cleaning schedule provided by the supervisor and complete tasks accurately and on time.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include:
  • Washing glassware or customer containers
  • Watering plants
  • Other tasks agreed upon by the supervisor or customer
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and supervisor instructions.
  • Respect and strictly follow any customer-specific restrictions or guidelines.
  • Carry out any other duties as directed by the supervisor.

  • Prior experience in cleaning or service-related roles preferred

Messenger

Position Title: Messenger

Core Responsibilities:

  • Document Handling & Delivery
  • Receive and deliver assigned documents efficiently.
  • Maintain a daily travel distance of approximately 100–150 kilometers.
  • Performance & Standards
  • Work toward company-set goals and ensure tasks meet established standards.
  • Schedule Compliance & Customer Rules
  • Follow the work schedule provided by the supervisor accurately.
  • Strictly adhere to any customer-specific rules and requirements.
  • Process Improvement & Integrity

  • Uphold integrity in all tasks and interactions.

  • Communicate regularly with assigned customers.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Gender: Male or Female (Male applicants must have completed military service)
  • Age: 20–55 years
  • Language: Proficient in reading and writing Thai
  • License & Vehicle: Valid motorcycle driving license (Ownership of a legally registered motorcycle)

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Familiarity with traffic laws and regulations
  • Good understanding of routes in Bangkok and surrounding areas
  • Ability to use Google Maps and relevant social media tools

Driver

Position Title: Driver

Core Responsibilities:

  • Follow the work schedule provided by the customer or supervisor accurately and reliably.
  • Perform duties with honesty, punctuality, and courteous behavior.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of routes and proficiency in using Google Maps.
  • Exercise discretion when using your phone around management; keep it accessible at all times.
  • Comply fully with traffic laws and regulations (Road Traffic Act).
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, both interior and exterior.
  • Ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition before each use.
  • Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of the employer, business, customers, and others.
  • Work in alignment with the employer’s standards and expectations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Age: 25–55 years
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Health: Good physical and mental health; no underlying conditions that affect job performance
  • Language: Proficient in reading and writing Thai
  • License: Valid license to operate private or public vehicles as required by law

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Understanding of traffic laws

Site Manager

POSITION TITLE: Site Manager

Core Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee and monitor the performance of the unit's staff in order to fulfill the employment contract.
  • Serves to keep track of daily reports that include summaries of issues and reports to employers
  • Work together with the employer to get policies and issues that need to be resolved and communicated to the team.
  • It serves to train the staff to ensure they have unity in the work and control the staff's dress to be in order always.
