Whilst our brand and the benefits offered may be attractive to people from a diverse background, the nature of our work and the environments in which we operate are sometimes less so. To counter this, we are working hard to promote diversity in all that we do and ensure our working environment is an inclusive one.

The safety and wellbeing of our employees and those in our care is one of our key priorities. Our goal is zero harm. Our Health and Safety Committee meets on a monthly basis.

The group whistleblowing arrangements provide a valuable opportunity for employees to raise concerns anonymously. A critical part of our Integrity value is ensuring that the company has an effective whistleblowing process in place and that colleagues know how to raise concerns and feel confident in doing so. Where there is any suggestion that our standards are not being met, we encourage employees to use Speak Out, our global whistleblowing channel, to report their concern.
