Sales Director

Teresa Kasperbauer Sakazaki, Country General Manager, Guam & CNMI

Ms. Sakazaki has over 30 years of International Sales & Marketing Management experience working with multi-national corporations. 

Past and present focus includes but not limited to responsibility for establishing and directing the sales and marketing activities of G4S Marianas, including advertising and public relations. These activities affect the direction and goals of the different business units operating in Guam and the CNMI. 

On February 20, 2019, Ms. Sakazaki was appointed as General Manager concurrent to her role as the Sales and Marketing Director.

Accounting Director

Crisanto S. Ortiz, CPA, CGMA - Finance Director, Guam & CNMI

Cris holds CPA credentials in the Philippines and the United States and a CIMA qualified accountant.  He has over 26 years of managerial experience in financial accounting and internal audit with focus on financial reporting, analysis and ERP/financial suite implementations. He has industry exposures in mining, health care, construction, engineering, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, logistics and non-profit. 

As Finance Director for the Marianas business units, Cris leads a team that supports the organizations’ sales and operational divisions with emphasis in providing timely and accurate financial information.  He provides financial stewardship to the business units in alignment with the G4S Group’s mission and core values.

Ronnie B. Delfin, Integrated Security Strategic (ISS) Director

Ron joins the team after culminating 30 years of service as a Colonel in the U.S. Army. He holds a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix and Masters in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He brings with him experience in Strategic Planning, Training & Operations, Homeland Defense/Security, Logistics, emergency & disaster management, Safety & Risk Management. Ron held various command and staff leadership positions ranging from small units to leading large organizations. Most recently was his assignment in command of the Joint Task Force responding to the COVID '19 Public Health Emergency in support of Civil Authorities.

Ron officially took over duties as the Integrated Security Strategic Director on 1 April 2021.

Bruce R. Meno, Cash Solutions, Secured Document Destruction & Risk, Security Operations Center (RSOC), Operations Director

Bruce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management. He is a retired Sergeant Major in the United States Army. Bruce has over twenty years of combined experience in Training and Operations; Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Response Operations; Certified in Department of Defense financial and budget management. He is well knowledgeable in the areas of: Emergency and Disaster Management, Force Protection and Security Operations, Anti-terrorism response, Safety & Risk Management, organizational leadership, Force Management, distribution and maintenance management, and joint defense support to civil authorities on homeland defense and security. Knowledge and understanding of strategic design and mission command philosophy at different echelon levels. Versatile manager focused on team building and talent development.

On October 12, 2020, Bruce was officially appointed as Director of Operations, Cash Solutions.

Director

Dwight Martin, Information Technology Director, Guam & CNMI

Dwight was the IT Manager at a local broadcast company. The company grew from 2 radio stations to 5 radio stations and 3 TV stations in the 16 years he served. Dwight came aboard G4S in May of 2009 to bring our Information Technologies into the 21st century. He immediately implemented IT changes which co workers embraced. These changes not only improved Information Technologies but also reduced overall costs. 

Guam has been his home since 1991. Over the years Dwight has developed skill sets beneficial to keeping Information Technologies running during/after natural disasters like typhoons and earthquakes. Guam has had many typhoons since 1992, one example being Typhoon Paka (1997) with wind speeds in excess of 236 Mph ( 379 Kph). In 1993 an 8.2 magnitude earthquake rocked Guam for 60 seconds. 

During and after these extreme events major utilities for all of Guam are offline for as long as 6 weeks. No matter what the conditions, business & Information Technologies must continue.

Eric Roberto, Operations Manager, ESS (Electronic Security Systems)

Mr. Roberto has over 25 years’ experience in the Telecommunications Industry and 10 years in the Security Operation Industry. Graduate of Clover Park Technical College in Avionics and Telecommunication. Served as Project Manager responsible for support centers in Tucson Arizona and Raleigh, North Carolina for Microsoft Windows 95, Fiber Optic Ring install at Port of Seattle, Design Engineer for Erate year 4, 5, 7, 10 Department of Education Guam, Port Authority Guam Fiber Optic Ring and Terminal Operating System (TOS), Silver Flag Red Horse, Guam to include
numerous major projects throughout the island.

Currently serving the Guam Army National Guard as a Sgt. & Heavy Equipment Operator, and this is part of the 1224 Engineering Support Company and Veteran.

CNMI Manager

Moises Pangelinan Jr., CNMI Branch Director

G4S CNMI Branch Manager has over 11 years’ experience in the Safety and manages the Electronic Security Systems business unit division along with the man secure solutions and Cash-in- Transit Solutions Division.

Mr. Pangelinan is directly responsible for overseeing the day-to- day business and duties of about 250 employees. He also holds the distinction of being the largest and most sought after security company in Micronesia (Saipan, Tinian & Rota).

Veronica Tolentino, Human Resources Director, Guam & CNMI

Roni graduated from the University of Santo Tomas (UST), Philippines, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science. She has been a human resources practitioner for more than 30 years, and had worked with an insurance firm, a mass-transport company and a non-profit, non-governmental organization which employs a diverse workforce, from social workers, productions staff and foresters among others.

When Roni migrated to Guam in 2010, her first job was as an HR Assistant at G4S. Since then, she has provided support to the objectives and purpose of the Human Resources Department and collaboration with the different departments (G4S Marianas) in the attainment of their goals.
