The G4S Employee Referral Programme - it all adds up

Throughout difficult times, our teams have continued to demonstrate the values of support, dedication, selfless-service and protection; and we couldn’t be prouder of you all. Now we want to give something back. 

We’re relaunching our Employee Referral Programme to reward you with up to £500 for every candidate you refer to join G4S. There’s no cap, so you can refer as many people as you like.

Whether it’s saving for Christmas, a well-deserved holiday or treating your family; referring great talent to join us all adds up.  



We’re looking for more great people like you - a confident team-player that wants to give a great service to customers. For front-line roles, an SIA licence would be great, but it’s not necessary as full training will be provided. Each F+SS role will have individual requirements listed on the job descriptions.

Terms and Conditions 

  • Only jobs listed on the active vacancies list qualify
  • Candidates must not be in active employment with G4S
  • The candidate should not already exist on the recruitment system
  • Both you and the candidate you are referring will need to complete your parts of the application in full
  • The first payment is payable the month after the start date
  • The second payment is payable in month 7 of active service
  • If either the referrer or the candidate leaves the business during the qualification period, any right to           payment is waived
