Bespoke Solutions for Every Requirement

G4S ESS is committed to providing exceptional telephony services for several clients, which include the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), various Hospital Transport Services, and more. We recently secured contracts to provide telecommunication support for DWP, handling lines that assist callers with inquiries related to Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA), Pensions, Fraud, and Debt issues.
