G4S's Employment Services Support (ESS) forms a crucial part of our Facilities Management & Public Services (FM & PS) function. Our primary role within ESS is to execute government funded contracts that deliver essential services to local communities.
G4S ESS is committed to providing exceptional telephony services for clients, including the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), various Hospital Transport Services, and more. We recently secured contracts to provide telecommunication support for DWP, handling lines that assist callers with inquiries related to Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA), Pensions, Fraud, and Debt issues.
As a Prime contractor to the Department of Work and Pensions, our G4S ESS team is adept at delivering regional contracts across England, specifically designed to engage and support disadvantaged and marginalised groups.
We have a strong track record in successfully delivering programmes such as ESF 1420, Work Programme, Community Work Placements, ESF Families Support Programme, and currently, the Restart Scheme across the North West.
Our robust supplier network aids us in these endeavours, and through our Partners support, we have proudly supported over 70,000 individuals on their journey to employment.
Our team of over 2,000 dedicated ESS colleagues form a strong, committed workforce striving to support some of the most vulnerable members of society. Our goal is to ensure these individuals receive the support they need in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
