Last week, from May 19 to 21, PARkon 2021 was held in Aranđelovac. This conference about parking aims to present all current events in this area, as well as the promotion of the parking business itself.
Cities are getting smarter. Just like G4S secure solutions.
The main idea is to connect all those activities and industries close to the core business, from sign manufacturers, through software, scientists, to manufacturers of special vehicles, accessories and the like.
G4S Secure Solutions was presented by Dawid Sold, General Manager, Marko Šukilović, Business Development Director, Srđan Vračar, Director of Electronic Security Systems and Darjan Ilić-Foršek, traffic engineer.
PARkon 2021 is the first live conference we attended since COVID started and the first ever we attended on parking technology/topic. Our main goal was to position G4S in the new segment of smart city infrastructure, to present our parking solution implemented at shopping mall Galerija and the benefits of using our CASH & CIT services, especially for parking operator companies.
The main topic of the PARkon was enhancement of the Electric Vehicle Charger network in Serbia.
“This goes in line with the pilot project we are planning in cooperation with company CarGo. Our other partner Strawberry energy was also present through their distribution partner.
We achieved the main goal and nicely presented ourselves in this segment. Judging by reactions from conference’ participants - the future is bright for us”, said Srđan Vračar after the conference.
