UK Terrorism in 2022 - Be Prepared with the G4S Academy

Reducing the risk of a terrorist attack will form a key part of security planning for many organisations in 2022. The terrorism threat level in UK is currently rated as severe, primarily stemming from individuals or small groups associated with Islamic State (IS) and increasingly from far-right groups. 

Following the attack on the Manchester Arena in 2017,  “Protect Duty”, is a piece of proposed counter-terrorism legislation that aims to create a coherent and proportionate approach to protective security, with a focus on securing events.
