Hello and welcome to the G4S TUPE portal. We have decided to use this medium to provide information relating to the upcoming TUPE transfer to G4S of ISS staff working on the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust contract, due to take place on the 1st of July. As a result of the current Coronovirus pandemic we are unfortunately restricted in terms of gathering in groups so we are using this portal to provide a place for you to receive information or post any questions you may have. We hope you find it helpful, please do let us know if you have any feedback. I'm looking forward to welcoming you all into the team and getting to know you better over the coming weeks.

TUPE and covid-19
As we continue to adapt to this ever-changing world we are facing due to the spread and impact Covid-19 has had, and continues to have, to both our personal and working lives, G4S' key priority is to keep you safe and healthy and to make sure we are all following the advice provided to us by the public health authorities around personal hygiene, social distancing and other basic steps to prevent this virus from spreading.
Welcome to G4S
G4S is a market leader, operating primarily in security industries but our Care and Justice primary service line includes our Facilities Management division. The NSFT contract sits within our FM Health division, headed up by Phil Dove, Managing Director of FM and Public Services. Our FM division employs over 2000 people, with over 1000 of these in our FM Healthcare sector.
