We are delighted to announce that we’ve been named a Finalist in the British Training Awards 2024 within the "Leadership Development Initiative of the Year" category, for our Next Level Leadership programme.  

The Next Level Leadership programme is our global high-potential leadership development programme, designed to prepare future leaders for key strategic roles across the company. The programme is specifically tailored for people managers who are already on a succession plan for more significant roles, identified through our annual global Talent Planning process. 

Being announced as a Finalist is a testament to the transformative impact of the Next Level Leadership programme in developing the next generation of leaders at G4S. 

The British Training Awards 2024 sets out to discover and celebrate the organisations and individuals that are truly passionate about L&Ds role in building a thriving workforce.  This year, just over 300 entries were received from organisations across the UK, and so competition to be named a Finalist proved to be especially tough.

The outcome of G4S's nomination for the British Training Awards 2024 will be revealed at a ceremony in London on June 19th, 2024.
