Human Resources set the HR Standards and it pushes the managers to follow them in the important decisions about their teams. Human Resources asks the managers to consult the decisions in the HR area as the HR Standards are followed and they do cover all aspects of employee recruitment, training, engagement, reward and development. There are also standards related to creating a safe and inclusive working environment.
