Have you ever needed to allow deliveries out of hours, or needed to give access to staff, contractors or deliveries after everyone has gone home? Providing access can be very disruptive but, equally, missing deliveries and out of hours work can be costly to the business.

How We Do It

Working in collaboration with your security system maintainer or G4S technician, we connect your intercom to our Alarm Receiving Centre via a secure Internet connection. This provides a safe and secure means of delivering two way audio - allowing us to respond promptly and professionally to your staff and visitors.

What You’ll Need

It’s really simple. You’ll need:

A compatible intercom device capable of passing audio
A secure Internet connection with adequate bandwidth to transmit audio

Your security system maintainer will be able to advise and provide guidance on set up and configuration, working in collaboration with our Alarm Receiving Centre.

The Alternative to Night Time Guarding

How does a company deal with out of hours events if there is not a 24hr presence on site. Our video introduces what is possible to give remote access to people when the office is shut. Using a central monitoring station to provide access remotely and monitor somebody whilst he/she is on site out of hours provides the best of both worlds - no compromise in security when a person is on site, whilst not having to provide on site personnel give access to the visitor
