What we do

Our alarm monitoring service ensures you operate in compliance with insurance policies to provide you with peace of mind that your site has active security 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week, 365 days of the year.

How we do it

We take a secure connection from your property into our Alarm Receiving Centre. When the alarm sounds, our team investigate and, when appropriate, engage with your nominated representative, a mobile security response team and in some cases emergency services.

What you’ll need

You’ll need to work with a security installer or G4S technician to provide an alarm signalling device. They enable the safe delivery of alarms and data from the protected premises to the Alarm Receiving Centre.

Key products

We work with a variety of alarm signalling device providers, including BT Redcare and CSL.

They offer different devices which use either WIFI, the mobile network or a combination of both to provide effective signalling back to our Alarm Receiving Centre.
