In Denmark, the dividend will be calculated by the VP Securities Services systems as a dividend based on the holdings on 17 November 2006, but will not be settled until 15 December 2006. This means that the dividend will be calculated on the same day as in England. The last day for trading cum dividend on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange is 14 November 2006.

Dividend tax will not be withheld.
