In its preliminary results announcement published on 16 March, G4S plc advised that its proposed final dividend of 4.16 pence per share, if approved by members at its AGM, would be paid on 4 June 2010 to shareholders who are on the register on 30 April 2010. The stated record date of 30 April was incorrect.

Instead, any such dividend will be paid to those shareholders who are on the register on 7 May 2010. The payment date remains unchanged at 4 June 2010.
