The company was notified on 16 February 2011 by BlackRock, Inc that, following a  disposal of voting rights,  through a chain of controlled undertakings it now holds indirectly voting rights in the company through ordinary shares and through other financial instruments over 70,137,685 ordinary shares.  This amounts to 4.97% of the company’s total voting rights.
