G4S plc, the international security solutions provider, announces that Clare Spottiswoode, one of its non-executive directors, has become a director of EnQuest PLC, a company listed on the London and Stockholm stock exchanges, with effect from today.

Ms Spottiswoode will remain a non-executive director of G4S plc.
