The company received notification on 13 May 2015 by HSBC Holdings Plc that, following an acquisition of voting rights on 8 May 2015, through a chain of controlled undertakings it held indirectly voting rights in the company through ordinary shares over 89,009,488 ordinary shares.  This amounts to 5.737% of the company’s total voting rights.
