The company was notified today that, on 25 March 2009, the following ordinary shares of G4S plc were acquired by directors of and other persons discharging managerial responsibility within G4S plc as result of a vesting of shares awarded under the company’s performance share plan. The deemed value of the shares in each case was £1.8924 per share:
