G4S, the international security solutions group, is pleased to announce the successful launch of £350,000,000 of 10-year bonds.

The bonds have a coupon of 7.75 per cent.

The proceeds will be used to repay existing debt, in line with the group’s strategy to extend its debt duration and reduce reliance on bank debt.
