G4S, the international security solutions group, has today issued £350,000,000 7.75 per cent. bonds due 13 May 2019.

As announced on 6 May 2009, the proceeds will be used to repay existing debt, in line with the group’s strategy to extend its debt duration and reduce reliance on bank debt.
