The company was notified on 17 June 2011 by BlackRock, Inc that, following a disposal of voting rights, through a chain of controlled undertakings it now holds indirectly voting rights in the company through ordinary shares and through other financial instruments over 69,448,158 ordinary shares.

This amounts to 4.93% of the company’s total voting rights.
