The company was notified on 9 August 2011 by BlackRock, Inc that, following an acquisition of voting rights, through a chain of controlled undertakings it now holds indirectly voting rights in the company through ordinary shares and through other financial instruments over 70,543,268 ordinary shares. This amounts to 5.00% of the company’s total voting rights.
