The company has been notified today that Irene Cowden, a person discharging managerial responsibility within G4S plc, sold 6,000 ordinary shares of G4S plc and that David Cowden, a connected person of Irene Cowden, sold 131,962 ordinary shares of G4S plc.  All these shares were sold in the UK today at £2.899 per share.
